FUT performed on a 43 year old Caucasian male with:

- NW II beg. III (1st FUT) => NW IV beg. V (2nd FUT)
- Donor density of 84 FU/cm2 in the occipital region and 76 FU/cm2 in the parietal region
- Hair diameter of ~54-58 microns

Treatment plan:

- Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation to reconstruct the entire hairline, central core, temporal peaks and beginning bridge
- 2nd Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation to add density to zone the hairline, central core and vertex
