3500 graft case by Dr. Lindsey McLean VA

This nice military man had signed up for a 3000 graft case. Although I took a long thin strip, he had incredible density and we got 3500 grafts, allowing good packing of the hairline with around 1400 singles and nice filling in behind that. 1 week suture removal pics are shown.
