Here is a patient of mine who received 1560 grafts via FUE to the frontal scalp and the temporal peaks. A conservative number of grafts were transplanted at this time because the patient was 28 at the time of the procedure and averse to taking propecia. I determined that he would have a significant amount of future hair loss and together we decided to conserve a significant number of grafts for future procedures as the hair loss pattern progresses. Also, the finer hairs were used in the temporal peaks to mimic the native hair in those areas.
