This nice fellow had a medium sized frontal case last Christmas. He returned for a second case to work toward his crown.
He's complicated by a large head, limited density donor hair, and it sounds like a few weeks out from his case that he injured his midline transplant area...likely removing some central grafts.
While he's very happy with the results, I feel the central tuft is weak, so at his second case we augmented this with a few hundred grafts. I suspect at his last visit NEXT January his front will look significantly better, assuming there is no further injury this time around. And with the second case reaching well into the crown, he’ll have had a huge change.
Shown are day of surgery and 1 year pics.
