This fellow had 2800 grafts last month and came back yesterday for his scar check. He has the normal amount of recipient and scar redness at 1 month and will be back in the summer for another check. In contrast to a similar 2800 graft case posted this week, this fellow has thinner hair shafts, and blonde hair. By comparison, we covered a bit less of his frontal scalp with the same "size" procedure. Both however "fit" the needs. Had this man had thicker curlier hair, we'd have cut down on the graft count; conversely if the other fellow had had thinner hair, we'd either need to up the size of the case or do less scalp.
