This fellow came by last week, now 2 years out from his first 2700 graft case and 1 year out from a second 2300 graft case. He really has the trifecta of very fine hairs to work with, a limited supply of hair and a lot of bald scalp, AND he likes a short haircut. Additionally he has CVG, noticed by the long creases along his paramedian scalp in the preop and 1 year pics.
Shown are selected preop, first case, second case and final pics. Of particular attention are his first strip scar, which was excised in the middle of his strip for the second case…almost imperceptible, and his final scar which is pretty good..but not imperceptible. Also, we added about 300 singles to his left frontal hairline to strengthen it at the second case.
I’ve asked him to contribute to this thread and while he’s fairly private I hope that he’ll at least tell what I personally liked hearing from him most of all….that at his daughter’s wedding recently he no longer looked like a bald guy in the pictures of him walking her down the aisle. THAT is a great compliment.
