This nice fellow stopped by to discuss a second case and exhibits a really nice result now 12 months out from a medium sized frontal case. Shown are preop, postop 1 week, and 1 year pictures (with and without flash). His scar looks great, and while I’m not a huge fan of “Caesar” hairstyles, it does work well for this man, and assists in overcoming his limitations of very fine hairs.
I think we’ll likely do a second crown case, and if we’re lucky, he can stop by our area for a year check of that as well.
