Dr. Lindsey 1 year out from 3000+ up front in fine haired man, McLean VA

This nice fellow stopped in our area a few weeks ago, now about a year out from a decent sized frontal 1/3 case. He looks good and is happy. Shown also are pictures at the one month scar check. His family tends to turn out class 6 or 7 so we opted for a fairly conservative hairline. I think he’s contemplated medical therapy too but at this point is holding off. I’ll likely run into him in August at the beach and get an 18month picture to put up taken outside as well.
