This nice fellow showed up last week for a 1 year check. Note in his preop pictures he had fairly sparse hair, a high hairline, and combed his hair forward to camouflage this. We got a nice strip with 2663 grafts, albeit of his fairly fine hairs, and placed them without difficulty. 2 month scar check images are shown. He sent in pics at 4 months showing some early growth and last week we got pics at 13 months.
Now he is thinning behind where we worked before and inquired about a second case, but I don’t think its time yet. We’ll see each other next year and he may opt for a second case behind where we worked last time.
