First rogaine application

Well just put rogaine on for the first time, dont even think i did it right i slapped it on in about 10 seconds. Hmmm this should be interesting, dreading the shed

If its rogaine then its greasy horrible stuff and by the second application makes your hair look thinner,i like the generic version better or the foam,but if it works for you in three months to twelve then its worth it,just a note i myself would take proscar with it oral i mean 1mg a day as it really helps.

hey i should have been more specific I am using Rogaine Foam not the liquid. Plus i have been taking propecia for 2 years! Thanks

yeah propecia has slowed it down alot but its still a little worse so i figured i start the foam, hopefully it thickens up what i have

If you're on propecia for 2 years, have you seen any regrowth yet? Also, experienced any side effects?

Hey so 4 week (1month) update. Still to early for regrowth or anything, def have a shed going on, but its not terrible, and i am happy because it should be a good sign. Thats basically all there is to report so far, Hows everyone else doing? JCM any improvement?

Hmm not a great deal going on. Shed doesn't seem that bad now but equally regrowth doesn't seem that good either.

I'll persevere tho, maybe it's gonna take me longer for benefits..

5 week update....still to early for anything, not much to report only notice shed hairs when i apply the rogaine, i get like 10 hairs on my hand....thats really it, hair def alittle worse but still holding...hope everyone else is doing well on there treatment...ill report again in another week

I'm not Impressed at all, hairline is vanishing, hardly anything coming back.

Oh well, maybe I'm a late responder..

well it says most dont start to see regrowth till 16 weeks, are you still applying once a day? Maybe do the reccomended twice a day? Add Fin?

I'll keep rolling with it, did think about applying twice per day, but then there's the thought "****, if my hairline is vanishing now, what will twice per day do to it?"

I alway's consider Fin, and alway's get scared about it.

well if it helps you at all I take fin and have never had any sides, it has helped keep my hair stable

If Fin works for you - thats great and i wish you continued success, just scare's me, read too much about it.

Regarding Minox, i've got a random hair sprouting on an area of my forehead that's never had a hair there before in my life, how bizarre is that?!
