This young man requested density enhancement in his thinning frontal scalp region. His family history and physical exam suggested that crown balding would become an issue with age, but he was willing to accept thinning in the crown region and did not desire treatment in that area. His goals were quite conservative in that you did not want to alter the location of his existing hairline and simply wanted to focus on improving his frontal appearance. He underwent 2249 grafts which were distributed into the frontal and midscalp regions. This is an 11 month postoperative result.
