Regiment till New Years: Minox 5% foam + Nizoral 2% + T-Sal Shampoo + Biotin 10mg.
Just got my T-Sal shampoo and washed my hair today using it. Going to fill up my prescription tomorrow for Nizoral 2%. Have been using Minox since January, but didn't use it for one a few weeks, since I was busy with my exam.
So new tetrad goal plan till the end of the year will be:
Minox foam 5% - twice
Biotin 10mg - twice. Comes in 5,000mg tablets. One in the AM and PM.
Nizoral 2% - By the way, anybody know who has the best price for this? Wal-Mart? Wal-Greens? etc
T-Sal Shampoo - Twice a week.
Along with this, going to be supplement 1 or 2 protein shakes a day, which usually has around 48g of protein.
Took some pictures. I did some research and feel that being on adderall for the past 2 years has greatly played a role in my hair loss. It completely suppressed my appetite. I lost around 40lbs in those 2 years, and I think malnutrition is contributing to my hair loss. Oh the red spots you see on my head, is from me getting nervous due to my upcoming board exams in 7 weeks. Yes, I know I need to stop scratching my head.
