1. What is this stuff? Is it dandruff that's just wet from being in the shower?
2. Could this be related to having a HT four months ago or starting Nizoral and Propecia two weeks ago? I noticed a bunch of it in my recipient region after my transplant.
3. Could it be related to not using conditioner? Immediately after my procedure, I switched to a sulfate-free shampoo and started using conditioner only occasionally, because I hated seeing a second round of hair on my hands when I was going through shock loss.
Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!
The same thing is being asked in another thread atm and nobody seems to have a definitve answer. I have a small build up of this stuff on the end of hair when its sheds but not as much as you.
You say you went through shock loss? This was after your HT 4 months ago I take it? I believe I am going through this now also so there maybe a connection with this and the white substance. Can you tell me how long your shock loss lasted? I am over two months in and it doesn't seem like yielded still.
