How much nizoral should you use each washing?

    How much nizoral should you use each washing?

    The leaflet says a handful (6 ml), but that's too much imo... I can shampoo my head completely with like 1 ml

      I use the 2% version and the instructions say to use 1 to 2 teaspoons.
