Default What should I do with my hair? How long I have?

So I'm 20 years old and this is the current state of my hair. I'm assuming I have typical MPB? For me, it's more than likely genetic, given family history on my mother's side. So how long do I have left? What's the prognosis? What are practical steps I can take? thanks.

Yes, it seems you have MPB, you should start getting on the BIG 3

    Nizoral 1%:2x week

    Rogaine: am/pm

    Propecia/proscar everyday.(see a hair specialist first)

You may also want to experiment like I am, with these products that I've tested and worked for me.

    Spiro %5: am/pm

Foligen cream/spray: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

Emu oil: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday

    check out these links.

You seem to have a nice shape head, and a nice face. I would buzzed my hair and start working out religiously, and get a tan.

Thanks for this. I hope to work out more, but I have very little free time on my hands. As for the tan, I get tan very easily, and my skin colour in general is "olive skin" just you can't see it in the image because of bad lighting + bad cam.

You can squeeze in an hour a work out. Start slow bro, try checking out bodybuilding.com, they have nice work out plans and step by steps. Good luck.

Let me also add Toco-8 into the regime, started a month ago and switching to tocosorb.
