Default Want to take action now

Hi guys so ive been experiencing hair loss all over pretty much, its more severe at the temple hairline but there is also hair loss at the top, front side. I believe stress, and diet play a big role in the speed of this. Im 20 years old and want to take acition asap. I recently got suspended from school for 2 semesters (depression caused it)but im over looking this and want to do something about my hair.Currently im just using some herbal oils and nizoral every 2-3 days. My hair was very thick before the hair loss started occuring I would have to get it thinned out everytime i went to a barber, also i noticed there are a lot of tiny hairs where the thinning had occured, im hoping i can still save this! please share your advice and stories, also if possible any herbal supplements to go along with medication. thanks guys

I pretty much copy/paste from what I wrote to the other thread. Here is a regime you might want to get on.

    Nizoral 1%:2x week

    Rogaine: am/pm

    Propecia/proscar everyday.(see a hair specialist first)

You may also want to experiment like I am, with these products that I've tested and worked for me.

    Spiro %5: am/pm

Foligen cream/spray: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday

Emu oil: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday

    check out these links.

EDIT: you have so much hair, try to style it so your thinning wont be so noticeable, or F it rock out with a mohawk.

Anothe rnon invasive option would be to try LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy). There are certainly no guarantees, but may be worth a shot. In my experience it never causes any harm. Like with most treatments some do get more benefits than others. You could do this in addition to what you are already doing.

Mate, don't recommend fin without first warning about potential sides. Especially don't recommend Spiro without first doing the same.

Hey man, looks like you're active in addressing the issue before it gets unbearable. Have you set up a dermatologist or hair specialist appointment yet? I'd say that's step one - at least that's what I'm doing for now. Get good sleep, eat well, and try to focus on other positive things until then.

    Best regards man.
