Um... That's the whole problem. You cannot provide a citation for a safety profile that has not yet been adequately and appropriately established. Such a citation cannot not exist until it has been adequately and appropriately established. Shoving your head in the sand about it does not automatically make it safer.

but that doesnt make the other stuff unsafe, we just dont know if the other stuff will work.

Nor do we know if they are is safe - or how safe they are. It is completely possible for them to have a much worse safety profile than Finasteride - but we just don't know. The is no adequate data to show one way or the other. Everyone using it is taking huge risks.
