Is this MPB?

I have sort of a receding hairline (hasn't changed in 4 years, now 22), but my big concern is the sides of my head.

Its actually a lot worse than this and goes up higher, but you can see the thinning:



I'm afraid I'm going to lose my sideburns soon!

it seems like you are thinning, I read that some people have problems with side burn issues but they are also receding from the hairline. Do you have hairline pictures you can possibly post?

Sorry for quality just grabbed a picture someone took of me from the side. As you can see its not perfect, but it hasn't moved any in 4 years.

your hairline seems really thick, so I don't think its MPB. You should go see a dermo just to be safe.
