I recently upped my dose on my own from 1.25 to 2 mg of propecia, now it will run out sooner of course, but will the pharmacy refill it early???

seriously, you will end up saving a lot more. That's like 160 dollars a month for propecia if your taking it twice a month.

A legal ethical pharmacy is going to follow what the doctor wrote in the script. If you use up your medication before the next refill, they are not likely going to give you the refill early. You need to work with your doctor about changing dosage so your doctor can re-write the script to match that dosage.
