    Default The genetic lottery

Every second, people are born. Some are lucky, and born into wealthy families. Others are not, and are the result of accidents, rape or just poor parenting. However, all people have one thing in common: we never had a choice on whether we wanted to be part of this terrible world or not.

The most successful and famous people get to pick from the top of the genetic pool. In essence, the best genetics breed with the best, the worst with the worst.

That's about right for the most part. But the again if you're famous like that guy in you avatar then you won't have much luck.

Really? Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Britney Spears, Madonna, and Bruce Springsteen are examples of some of the most famous and successful people in the world. Have any of them bred with people whom you'd consider to be "from the top of the genetic pool"?

    Highlander,

Your words do have meaning and truth to them. Hair loss is painful indeed.
