I dont know where anyone got that from that this would be available within 2 years. They probably meant through products that are already on the shelf, but not directly made for hairloss.
8 years is a little much. If they get the proper solution and it works right away, they could fast track it a bit so that it's only aout 4-5 years away(take replicel for example, they probably have another year of Phase I due to poor results)
FDA trials essentially take about 3-4 years should everything go right.
