Interesting study: Wnt10b signals anagen.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22832493
"On the basis of this model, we found that Wnt10b could induce the biological switch of hair follicles from telogen to anagen when overexpressed in the skin. The induced hair follicles expressed structure markers and could cycle normally into catagen."
Also of note, this study about the effects of enlarged sebaceous glands from bald follicle on hair:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22913469
"An increase in expression of fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-5, Dickkopf-1 and inflammatory cytokines and a decrease in expression of Wnt10b and Lef1 were observed."
Interesting. Though I think Histogen was using Wnt7 right?

Thanks for sharing.
Histogen is mostly Wnt7 yes, but there is no reason they couldn't alter the process to include Wnt10b to refine it when new research comes out like this. Clearly these processes and the relationships between the Wnts are very complicated.
It's good to see that the study of Wnts and growth factors in general in hair loss is progressing in leaps and bounds. Every discovery brings us a step closer, even if it is still years away.

PGD2, WNT more discoveries are coming by the month!
It's not a matter of if, but when will a cure come out!
I see a bright light on the horizon, we'll see how long it takes to get there.

With Histogen and Aderans so close... Hopefully not too long!!
