Why is there no talk about tricomin? What about topical DHT inhibitors?
Been reading a lot about them and seem to have some potential? Scams? I also read that Merck got a patent for topical Fin. Could a topical DHT inhibitor work like Fin but without sides?

Yes it's a scam, and I think you might work for one of those hair companies buddy, so get out.

F#$k off with your false accusations. Just asking because I was doing some research on them. It's not like I'm saying they're the best thing ever and got results, just if you hear about them and do some research it sounds interesting, so just was wondering what the deal is and why these topics haven't been brought up here. Should I assume you work for Propecia or a HT company by trying to downgrade alternative treatments?

lol. I'm over it now. Thanks for the input Highlander!...I researched ru a while back and decided it was a no-go but forgot why and I've learned a lot since then so I should revisit. Are there the same sides with Fin as ru?
Btw, I don't take Fin or Min....Fin was starting to give me some sides and I concluded that for me at least, my overall health is more important to me than going bald, and Min was just a mess to put on because I shave my head and didn't want sides with that (I remember reading that you don't either because you play soccer, I also keep quite active with soccer and other sports). I'm generally anti-drug (except when I go out drinking) but I'm definitely going to be adding something either natural or a product because I'm really hoping Histogen/Replicel will be the answer in a few years so it's a lot better than before when I thought it could be a life-long commitment.

Looks like Tricomin finished FDA Phase 2 with some results, but didn't want to continue to Phase 3 because of money or some other reason. I couldn't find their study, anyone able to pull it up? Anyone know why they didn't continue to Phase 3? It seems they may be reaching a bit, but interesting that it went through FDA trials.

Does oral zinc help with hairloss?
I tried 15mg daily for a month, and maybe I'm fantasizing but my hair felt better :/

Nutritional supplements might be helpful for those whose hair loss is due to malnutrition. However, hereditary hair loss (MPB & FPB) is not due to malnutrition. It is best to get your nutrition from the foods you eat anyways.

The most obvious answer is the lack of compelling evidence that they are helpful.

I see, but 80% effectiveness and finishing Phase 2 is interesting, no?
