I am in a similar situation. I know someone who could benefit from my advice but I don't know whether to tell him or not.

Sure he can look it up, but maybe he is not that way inclined? Maybe he has dismissed it as impossible to treat? Would he even care to risk it for the sides?

Part of me wants to help and be like "DONT GO BALD, THERE IS NO LIFE AFTER NW3!!" but then the other sides just wants to watch the whole world burn. One more baldie means one less guy to take my dream girl, right?
