Sorry to bump an old thread.
But i think i have exctaly this coblesttoning, pitting, fatty bumps or lumps, whatever these are called.
I've searched everywhere, and found two possibilities on Joe Tillman's site: 1) excess tissue in the grafts placed in recipient sites or 2) hair grafts not placed deep enough into the recipient site.
I'm 1 month post op, doing a follow up with the doctor tomorrow.
So, the questions: did your coblestonning subside?
This means poor work or the doctor can blame my own "healing" processes?
