If it is not an imposition Dr. may i inquire how you surmised the amount of grafts a candidate with this class of hair loss needed the amount of grafts selected? Does his donor area maintain enough to fill the density in still further in the front?

Speegs, when transplanting the frontal area, I try to place around 2800 grafts. In this patient, his donor hair was really good so I was able to get more which enables me to blend into his existing hair better. Usually after we are done with a transplant like this, if he gets further surgeries in the future, we can do some fine touch up with the one hair follicles to make it perfect. I never try to put more than 3000 in the front so I will have plenty of hair for future hair loss in the back.
