Default 2601 grafts in hairline by Dr. Alexander

We transplanted 2601 grafts in the patient's hairline and went back into his existing hair. He is almost 6 months post op.

    Hi doctor.

My hair is essentially identical to your patient's. In fact, I style it like he has it in the pre-op photos. Personally, I wouldn't look good or like myself with parted hair, as he has it in the post-op photos.

My question is, why do all hair transplants focus on recreating the hairline, and not increasing the density in behind the hair line as it is? To me, my "mature" hair line looks fine, it's the thinness that troubles me.

    Thanks.
