I've been taking creating since I started working out at age 18. I'm 23 now and once I heard about this, I stop using it because it terrified me. I used to have beautiful hair, a strong N0 just like my father but my right temples have been thinning at age 19. I'm currently at Norwood 1.5 or 2, not 100 percent sure. I used to take this 6 times a day and will work out 2 hours straight heavy lifting. I currently change my work out routine and only take when I lift weights, which is 4 times a week.

My question is, do you guys think creatine is a factor of hair loss in men that work out?
