    Phenol peeling a scar

Just curious many ppl mention trying to lesson a scars visibility through tca peel but has anyone tried phenol peel? Phenol is the hard core chemical peel only available through a doc and they put you out to do it.

Also dr coleman a cosmetic surgeon in ny uses fat graft for scar revisions has anyone tried that to reduce their scar?

IMHO, I think it all depends on how deep past the epidermis layer the scarring exists. That type of peel can penetrate the epidermis but once everything heals, it may still be visible. Obviously there are variables with each patient so maybe for some where the scarring is not as invasive, there are better results. And of course good callogen helps!

I have heard of the use of fat by injection but not heard feedback from any patients nor seen any pics but then again there could be other webistes outside of hair restoration that have them.
