Any ideas what sort of look 35grafts per cm^2 would achieve ?
Is it true that anything over 50grafts per cm^2 wont make a major difference to the coverage you get ?

That's what I heard from doctors but you can't really trust them.
You might want to ask topcat. He should know about that. Send him a message on his profile.

My donor is around 40-45 fu/cm2. So 30 fu cm2 would do me fine. It depends on your hair charecteristics.

I'd be looking for 60+ but depends on your age, balding type/rate, goal etc.

Generally speaking, if you achieve 50% of your original native density, you should be able to achieve the illusion of coverage which may or may not appear dense. That will really depend on your hair characteristics and the degree of coarseness being the most deciding factor.
It also depends on how much exisitng hair is still in the recipient area unless your question is referring to starting with a completely bald surface area.

How do you get this checked ?
I have been told my donor area is not the best ,if 3500 grafts were taken i would not be able to keep the hairs in donor area under 3cm long or else it would look quite bald .

What do doctors mean that your donor is not best? Did you thin out in your donor? Or you were just born with bad donor?
I have insanely thick donor it's crazy and I'm afraid it will thin out in the future.
I took pictures and saw a couple of 5 FUs, crazy.
