    How about trying to strengthen the penis(longer and harder) and sperm quality with natural foods or substances:

    -Omega 3 fish oil
    -green tea
    -green veggies--especially broccoli
    -blue-berries
    -chili-peppers
    -olive oil and nuts
    -coffee in moderation
    -bananas
    -onions
