hey guys , i have been experiencing thinning in the front of my head for the past year and now this is how my hair looks
any ideas what is this type of hair loss and any treatment options
p.s i have been on carbamazipine for the past 4 years if its relevant to my hair loss

It's impossible for us to know b/c you're on medication, you have to speak to a dermatologist in such a situation, your hair loss could be due to your condition or even your medication.

Not sure what carbamazipine is so i cant speak on that. In general you're only thinning on top so Propecia would actually be most useful to you. If you really dont want to go on that at least try minoxidil but for now you should get Toppik/Dermatch as it will cover up the thinning spot for when you go out(you're a perfect candidate since you still have your full temples).
