Hair density, want more
Hello,
I am 27 years old and I had a hair transplant about 4 years ago, and I have been on Finasteride since 2 years before that.
Currently I have no gaps in the transplant area, nor between the area where it was conducted and my native hair.
I am having a real hard time styling my hair in any way that doesn't look like an old man. Even when I think my hair looks OK, it is always in a style that I don't think looks my age.
Even after all this time, and after not losing any more hair (after 6 years since starting Finasteride), I am wanting to have another hair transplant to my hairline thicker.
On top of that, I don't want to have another strip procedure done, because I think I have a bit of nerve damage. When I turn my head left I have had shooting pain down the side of my head and back ever since.
I am also wanting a FUE procedure because my current hairline is made up of individual hairs from the back of my head, and they are coarse.
It seems that having some hair cherry picked for their thinness would make a better frame for my face, and I also would like to avoid any more nerve damage from a FUT procedure.
Any suggestions would be helpful. On top of this, I live in the Southwest and any FUE doctors around this area would be preferential.
Thank you so much for reading,

Hi renordw
There is a good list of quality surgeons recommended on this forum and also on the hair transplant network which are the two best forums in my opinion.
Are you in the south west of England or USA?
Take your time to research and don't rush into anything.
