Hello Everybody,

I am a 20 year old male in college who already sees signs of a receding hairline (although I was told when I was 16 my hairline was receding and have seen little change since) and thinning hair. Not too much is noticeable with the thinning hair but I noticed it. I am currently in college. However, I would just like to tell kids my age what I plan on doing. Currently I have longer hair (just because the balding hasn't been severe enough for me to actually care). Once I graduate college (currently going into my junior year) I am going to buzz my head to about a 1.5 just so when I go out and get a new full--time job the people will not notice the balding as much (smart!) plus I had a hard time accepting balding but what I did was look at athlete because I am an avid sports fan and notice their balding and it makes me realize that balding is a process that happens to everyone. This gives me more of a positive outlook on things. It may be weird but it eases the process a bit for me.

The important thing is that you found a way of thinking that works for you and it is nice that you are sharing it with others. Hopefully there are others out there in a similar situation that will find this also helps them.
