well if Histogen truly reverses MPB and their hair lasts, then they are that solution... unlimited hair!

It's exceedingly unlikely that Histogen's HSC accomplishes all of that.

which part? That HSC actually reverses follicle stats or that the hair lasts more than one phase? If it doesn't do either, then what's the point of it?

Agreed. Hair transplant surgery performed by a gifted surgeon will still be needed to re-create a hair line that looks correct and natural. HSC will put a lot of hacks out of business. The truly gifted surgeons will continue to have plenty of work though. Actually, they will likely have more work since more people will be likely to pursue hair restoration. Especially women who suffer with hair loss.

you guys put a lot of faith in Histogen...

I'll wait until it looks like they genuinely have a product in the pipeline and not just researching something that might be 3-5 years away...

Just know you are fully aware. Histogen, Replicel and Adderans are all farther along than you may think they are. It takes too long to get through FDA hoops and hurtles - but they each have a product and they will come to market once they can determine and demostrate how best to use it.

Yes they do. However, the rest of your statement is false.

Your claim claim that HSC "truly reverses MPB." If it doesn't restore a cosmetically significant amount of hair to every area of the human scalp (even in a NW7), it doesn't "truly reverse MPB." And until something is developed that does, there will still be a demand for hair transplantation.

True. Not to mention hair line reconstruction. None of these treatments are likely to created a normal looking hair line. Some cosmetic work by a gifted hair transplant surgeon will still be needed to create a normal and natural looking hair line.

True. Saying Histogen will reverse MPB will remain a bold claim until they manage to give even NW7s full density with good hairlines..
