Switching between Finasteride types
Are there any issues with switching between the various types of finasteride that are currently available? For example, if one began with Propecia, and stayed on it for a year, would it be an issue to then switch to finpecia? Or maybe from Finpecia to Proscar? Or Proscar to Fincar?
I know it's all finasteride, but for those of you who have switched it up, have you noticed any negative side effects (as in, medication became less effective, or increase in the sexual side effects)?
I'm currently trying to figure out exactly which type I want to go on; I'm thinking Fincar as of right now, but since (if it's effective), I'll be on it for quite a while, I want to make sure I'm on the right stuff. And if in the future I decide to change, I want to know all possible risks and issues associated with switching.
Thanks for reading.
