New relationship and want a HT - should I say anything?

Thanks all - I brought it up (somewhat casually) and explained that I was unhappy with my hair and progressive hair loss. I mentioned that I'm going to see a specialist tonight who may recommend a hair transplant. Although I didn't really admit the extent of my concern or that I was seriously considering a HT, I was glad I could bring it up this weekend.

I'm heading to see Dr. Panine in Chicago tonight to discuss the extent of hair loss and what options I have going forward. I am concerned with the fact that I won't have the $$ but will need to finance it, using my donor hair, scarring and shock loss, and whether Dr. Panine is the best choice to rebuild my front hairline. He is IAHRS certified but I wonder what other questions I should ask of him tonight?
