I don't know when HSC phase 2 ends and phase 3 starts.

But Aderans phase 3 should hopefully be starting beginning 2013.

I would use Propecia but I suffered from the side effects. Was not worth it for me.

I sent email about 3 months ago asking if they have seen growth of new hair on slick bald.

No reply 3 months later.

And more importantly in the early days, they probably gave more of a shit, because they themselves didn't know if their product would work. Trying to create a hype.

no, it is not because of they are bussy. they can not tell anyone if it works on slick bald head. belive me i dend emails to histogen and i get answer for anything except the timeline and some fresh news. they cant just say it to anyone send them an email. aderans is worse, they will not answer you and if you are lucky just one time in your life

theoretically they should already know EVERYTHING.

All these "phase studies" that they're doing now is just pure formality for the governments.
They should have already done a variety of studies in privacy without actually showing that work on paper.
