Hey Spencer I was just wondering if you would want to share your diet and diet advice here in the forum?

I just listened to the latest archive and you were talking about a healthy diet and how it affects your life.

I have a healthy diet that I follow, from my research, but with all the stuff on the net and hard to really find good advice I thought it would be interesting if you could share yours.
