When will people confirm if PGD2 inhibitors were able to grow hair, and when can we expect ready made products with no side effects to inhibit this protein?

My frontal hair is thinning really quickly and I would expect that if PGD2 was the reason, then we would have a medication very soon, a year perhaps? before my hairline gets eaten away I hope.
