FUE with Dr Cole vs. Dr Lindsey

So, basically, here is my ?:

I am thinking I've narrowed my decision down to FUE with either Dr. Cole or Dr. Lindsey.

Now, both are IAHRS members, and that gives me some relief. But my main question is I have yet to see post- donor area pictures of Dr. Cole procedures. I am wondering, because I have tan/brown skin, that the dots are really going to show because I am always going to clip down to #2. Also, I know Dr. Cole only advises patients to do FUE. I still do not know why, because isn't STRIP produce better grafts. I think only reason is no linear scar.

So, basically, should I go with Cole or Lindsey. I really want to know what the white dots will look like and what punch sizes each use.....

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.....soo many options makes things so complex!

    Thanks!

Don't get a strip scar. I did and I ****ing hate it.

If anything get FUE and maybe even some BHT while you're at it.

Check out Dr Bernstein's results. He is top notch and an artist when it comes to HT. He's experienced and expensive but worth the money if you could afford it. Do your homework and check it out.
      Good luck.

I don't like his hairlines, they all look like combovers.

That's because they chose to comb it over.

Bernstein's hairlines are maybe more on the conservative side, but I think it's to be ethical and plan for future loss. Some of the hairlines on his site look quite natural and nice. Maybe it's a look more suited for older guys, but it's better than going all Armani on someone's scalp and basically screwing them until more advanced treatments come out.

Yes, but they looks cosmetically crap.

I would rather shave my hair off, then have a hairline like that.

Maybe not if you were a 50-year-old NW5 like a lot of those guys. The cosmetic results are better than how they started out.

It's true, most of his patients are middle aged 40's to 60's. It might be because he is too expensive for the younger sufferers. But I think he does good work and he is also involved with cloning research.

Oh man, Armani is a disgrace. He did some nice hairlines back in the day when he did strip. No doubt he was a skilled surgeon and I believe Dr. Rahal worked for a while with him so he probably picked up a thing or two but Armani would like we'll shove 4000 FUE into the hairline and you're good to go. He just saw the $$$ and didn't give a toss about the patient.

Flight...... I don't know your situation or extent of your hairloss but if you can avoid a strip procedure by all means avoid. If your going to use a #2 clipper, you'll be safe. If your not in a hurry, do a test. Pick a Doc who does mostly if not all FUE and have him do 50-100 grafts....wait 8 months and evaluate. Dr Cole is a very competent FUE surgeon.....you will be in very good hands. I don't know much about Dr Lindsey but from my research I do believe he mostly does strip or at the very least an even mix of FUE and strip. He is partners with Dr Feller.

post a couple pics if you can.....
