    Default Spironolactone Lotion.

I just read about this stuff. Can anybody share any positive results with it? I am currently using 5% Kirkland. It is an either or situation or can both be used at the same time? Or which works best? Thank you.

I know what Spiro is and I know what it does. If I where a guy, there is no way I would touch Spiro in any form.

If you want to use a topical anti-androgen, use Nizoral shampoo once a week - but not more than once a week.

That sounds pretty ominous, what do you mean by that?
