if i were to put on sunblock and use toppik would i still be in danger of getting sunburned? I had my HT on March 22.

Unlikely - however all depends how long you sit in the sun and how strong the sun is.
Keep it to a minimum and you'll be fine

If you are going to be in direct sunlight for more than 7-10 minutes, wearing a cap to block the harmful rays is the best protection overall. Some use a cap and sunblock!
