I would continue using it 2-3 months no matter what. Your body should adjust over time to lower levels of DHT and sides should go away.

the official study shows that, on average, the subjects were able to maintain/improve their hair for 5 years.
Another study came out saying that for something like half the people it will work 10 years.
15 year is kind of rare actually.
