Could you tell me if Bumble and Bumble or Aveda shampoos are better for your hair? I believe Bumble uses sodium laureth sulfate, and Aveda generally uses sodium coco sulfate or ammonium lauryl sulfate.
My choices are Aveda Rosemary Mint or Bumble and Bumble seaweed shampoo.
Any advice is appreciated. I want something good for the scalp and not too strong
