IAHRS Recommended Hair Transplant Surgeon
Thinner hairs can be used on the face and sideburn areas. In general thinner/finer hairs are easier to make look natural. However, the patient may need to have more grafts placed in a particular area to create more density.
I personnaly prefer to use finer hairs in the sideburn region. They tend to lay more flat and stay in the proper direction compared to more coarse hairs.
