This can be from the result of the effect of gravity pulling the fluids that were injected into your scalp downward into the forehead area and yes even further down. Obviously some of it can be from the trauma as well, but IMHO, it's probably more the fluids, saline, etc.
It should begin to subside in several days, but certainly inform your surgeon too!
