    Default Resveratrol and Circumin?

Anyone try this combo with success? I'm reading way too much into these two taken together and giving great results. If any of you have tried it, how do you take both supplements? Pills?

Food supplements won't help much. Don't use them instead of actual medications!

I genuinely am open to the notion of supplements helping so some degree, as long as the caveat is that they don't replace actual medications.

However... There's no actual consensus to what the 'good', useful supplements are. And unfortunately, the people pushing supplements hardest on these forums tend to be the ones most rabidly into pseudoscience.

yes excatly there is no general consensus, neither proven, although some have been. So saying they will or wont help hair is not something anyone on this board can prove or disprove.
The majority of the people on this board go by other peoples experiences.

the hairloss cure is out there but just not known/discovered yet.

Btw, have you started on propecia?
i think i read somehwere youve started it?
