Dr. Jeffrey Epstein / Reparative Procedure

This patient, 22 years old, underwent one year prior a less than aesthetically executed hair transplant, consisting of 3 to 5 hair grafts including along the hairline. He presented with an abnormal hairline, with grafts growing in a non-ideal direction - too perpendicular- and some scarring as well in the area. After thorough research this time, including his mother's plastic surgeon in Detroit, to come to Miami to have Dr. Epstein perform his reparative procedure. While removal of some of the grafts was considered, Dr. Epstein felt he could achieve as much of a cosmetic improvement with the additional grafting of 1800 grafts, placed not only to enhance the irregular appearance created by the large prior placed grafts, but also these at a more forward natural growing direction, with proper distribution of 1 and 2 hair grafts along the hairline, and primarily 3 and some 2 hair grafts a bit further back. Patient was incredibly appreciative of his result, and returned from Michigan one year later for a small touch up procedure to create a stronger widow's peak.
