There are a handful of guys on this forum that consistently deny children and adults have different hairlines. Similarly some of them lash out at Tracy C for no apparent reason on a regular basis, as well as misrepresenting the usefulness and safety of existing treatments. It's not to be taken seriously, just a regular part of BTT theater, and you don't need to mind it if you're just looking for info.

If you want to know for sure if you have male pattern hair loss, visit a hair loss specialist and get a diagnosis. If you have MPB and want to stop it, finasteride and dutasteride are the only two current options proven effective with solid safety profiles. Men can typically maintain their hair on these medications for at least 5 years, often for longer. There are cases of men staying above baseline for over a decade.
However you should know that dutasteride has not been studied as a long-term MPB treatment so its level of safety for that purpose is not as well established as finasteride. There are many anecdotal stories of men using it successfully, and safely, for years but of course anecdotes aren't as reliable as controlled clinical studies.
There are also two medications shown safe and effective as adjunct male hair loss treatments (not stand-alone treatments): minoxidil and ketoconazole.

For what it's worth your hair looks good, and if you have any MPB it must be in very early stages. Good luck.

Ohh yeah, kind of skimmed over where he said he was 18.

Might want to wait a couple years on the DHT suppression. Your physical development will be done at 20. You'd probably be alright anyhow since DHT levels are mainly crucial from the womb to the end of puberty, but better safe than sorry.
    Good luck.
